Conducted by ASI product manager for GST Mr. Christopher Palacio, students were also shown actual demonstration of the system's hardware and were given opportunity to raise questions during an open forum.
The seminar that lasted an hour and a half is part of Automation and Security’s nationwide school tour that aims to educate engineering students and future aspiring security system professionals with awareness on latest and proven automation and security technologies.
“We’re glad that a company like ASI has given us (students) opportunity to learn about fire detection system since it’s something that’s related to our course and could help us in the future,” said by Reginal Dante Glori, student president of Electrical Engineering Network-IIEE of PUP.
