ASI conducts fire and access control seminars.

Automation and Security (ASI) has concluded yet another public trade seminar last June 27, 2009.

Attendees from various places such as Legazpi City, Isabela, Tarlac and Metro Manila, filled up the limited-seat event that discussed two of the systems ASI offers.

Trade professionals, system practitioners and authorized dealers were presented information on GST Fire Detection System, its different technical requirements and design, as well as its general benefits to building and life safety. Demonstration of both conventional and intellegent fire system were conducted showing proper wiring, programming and testing. A short fire drill preparation and exercise was also held through Mr. Christopher Palacio, ASI technical support for GST.

They were also educated on DeltaSeries Access Control with Time & Attendance system through a hardware and software demonstrations. Conducted by Ms. Haifa Dela Cruz, ASI tecnical support for Access Control, attendees were presented various models of biometric and rfid card readers and their integration to Door Access system.

A short demonstration of time & attendance and payroll software were also shown through ASI's own team of programmers and trainors.

The event is part of the company's series of nationwide seminars, for their vast number of products, with the aim to bring awareness and acceptance of latest automation and security technologies closer to the public. While open to the qualified trade professionals, the seminar attendees could enjoy waived professional certification fees.
