ASI is committed in providing support response within 2 hours and in ensuring that our client's concerns are dealt with by people who can actually help and truly understands our products and services.

Training. Our qualified engineers and installers are ready to guide and train our client's employees for the proper operation of our products and services. An exclusive access to our online knowledge base and support is also being provided.

System Availability. Part of the satisfaction we give to our clients is the continuous operation of our systems - 24x7, with a promise of only a maximum 24 hours downtime. Our systems are designed and tested to work in their toughest conditions.

But that being said, possibilities of failure are still likely to occur. And in events like this, our technical staff are trained to handle issues by responding within a 2-hour timeframe and adopt an immediate replacement policy to minimize, if not to prevent, any other downtimes.

Our line of products also includes an Intrusion Alarm System, Automation of Lighting, Window, Door and Audio Systems, Revenue Parking, Turnstiles and Electric Locks for Access Control, among others.

We Are There. Automation and Security, Inc. (ASI), whose main headquarter is located in San Juan City - a fast progressing city in Metro Manila, have several branches situated in almost every key cities in the country.

Each of our provincial offices offers the same quality, expertise and dedication on its customer services, system designs, supplies and installations. Backed by our excellent team of engineers and technical personnel, we do design customization that will suit to the specific needs of our clients.

ASI also guarantees very competitive prices. We do not offer do-it-yourself (DIY) and out-of-the-box packages as our systems are meant for specific usages and applications that are tested to operate and last for years.
